I am going to eat it up! Num, num, num, num... We went camping two weekends ago at Brooks Memorial State Park, north of Goldendale, WA. It was a blast! We took a few short hikes, played on the swings, cooked over the fire (had pancakes, pita pizzas, hot dogs, and cheesy potatoes), and had a campfire. What do you do with a campfire, you ask? Well, make s'mores, of course! They were delicious!

Meredith liked the marshmallows more than the s'mores... she had an extra marshmallow after this s'more.
