I Want to MOVE

I can't seem to get everything coordinated yet, but I really want to be on the move. I've built up my requisite baby rolls, and now I have to work them off. Can you help me learn how to move?

I flap my arms around a lot when my Mama or Daddy holds me, but that doesn't get me anywhere. I kick and squirm when I'm put on the floor, but that hasn't gotten me anywhere either. I sure hope I can get a handle on this moving thing, because I want to go chase my big brother and sister (and dog)!

We're putting bananas in our pancakes?? That's silly!

Daddy says they're called vegan banana pancakes -- something about not having eggs or milk in them so that Mama can have some too. All I know for sure is that I get to use this great apron my Grandma made for me. Isn't it cute?

I have the mixing bowl ready -- it is time for me to start some stirring!! (my favorite thing to help Daddy with, by the way)

Growing

My Mama and Daddy think I grew last night. Daddy didn't get the camera out soon enough for you to see me in the pants I had on today, but they were short too. Now I'm showing off my ankles and my belly!

Theo and Emmaline are growing too! Theo's pants are getting short (or are his legs getting long?) and Emmaline started wearing 9 month clothing today. We all want to be big kids... and soon!

Holden Village

My Mama, Daddy, sister, and brother have all been to Holden Village before. All when I wasn't even thought of! Now I had my chance to go!

Here I am inspecting my socks and toes on the boat ride up Lake Chelan. For those not in the know, you have to park your car in Chelan, WA (we parked at Fields Point) and then catch a boat ride up the lake to the Lucerne landing on Lake Chelan. Then you ride a bus up the valley to Holden Village.

I am Baptized!

A little late, I know, but we've been busy lately! We had family over for my baptism and then we went on a family vacation, so I think I have an excuse :)

On Sunday, February 13, 2011 I was baptized into the body of Christ. I'm not entirely sure what that means, but a lot of people around me were happy and love me! That is what is important!
